If the bulbs and bowls have grouped together into a greasy, dust-catching film, then take them off and clean them. Reflecting bowls and glass shades can be washed like other glassware. Bulbs and fluorescent tubes must not be submerged into water. When they are cool, with the help of a damp soapy cloth clean them and wipe them with a dry cloth. Always notice that when you replace them your hands must be dry.
